＋ The look of the room, beach access, location to food and drinks.

－ The floor was not swept before our arrival, but the next day. The toilet seat was not mounted to the toilet, I had to go to the desk, not amount of towels to match booked guest. Food extremely high priced. Front desk person was not welcoming at check-in. Was assigned to a wrong room type, had to go back down stairs to reming check-in desk. For the price I expected everything to be on point. Otherwise it was fine.
