－ I asked for an empty cup at the front desk and was told they are only available during breakfast time. I found them later next to the restaurant door. Also it it not a water park like hotel as the water was not heated only the hot tub was heated

＋ It was a great place. We will be back with the kids next time. Also I really wish the Mexican food place would of been open . Then we would not of had to leave the hotel. rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfy the entire hotel and pool area was very clean

＋ We were traveling with our elderly dog and didn't expect the room to be as nice as it was. Spotless! Even with other dogs barking in our corridor, when we closed the door we could not hear them. Loved the lazy river. Just wish the weather could have cooperated! Front desk staff were very nice and professional. I would definitely stay here again!

－ Prior to our stay, I tried numerous times to contact the hotel, no luck. Put on hold for a long time and still no one picked up. Getting a bit tired of playing the lowest price game online with all the companies out there offering discounts. Kinda wish the hotels would just offer up the lowest price out there and be done with it!
