＋ Nice hotel, cheap prices comparing to others, basic meals for the breakfast, friendly staff, Wi-Fi is working.
－ No window in the room (the window exists, but it just goes to the wall). Poor air circulation. The district is full of homeless people around with a bunch of crackets on the streets + garbage on the ground.
