＋ Location and customer services.

－ The building, room, and lobby need major renovations. Elevator smells bad.

＋ How old it is and how beautiful the decor. So Boston. The location is so convenient to everything. the beds were very comfortable.

－ The morning Valet was a contrast to the wonderful service we received for Breakfast in the dining room. The waiter was incredible to us but the valet wasn't friendly however the afternoon valet was very kind so its a wash I guess. Everything else was very nice.
