－ Unable to check in on my check-in day, even after notifying them of a late flight arrival. Squatters and smokers. No one is ever cleaning. Broken elevator. What service? I didn't even have electricity for part of my stay. Ended up leaving a day early due to lack of electricity. The internet is terrible and so is the staff (William and Allen). It feels very unsafe to your personal well-being, as well as leaving your valuables in the room due to the battery-operated keypads and lack of tentative staff.

－ I arrived at time indicated that the room would be ready, I only needed the room to shower, nap and get in on a flight. The lady at the front desk couldn't even find my reservation and above that, the room had not been cleaned. She said it would take another hour, meaning 5pm instead of 4pm... She also told us to wait outside or in our car.
