－ I wish I would have known what the breakfast I prepaid for on your zen website was prior to including to my nighty price. The grab and go bag (1 fruit, cold pastry and drink) was DEFINETELY not worth the extra $ charge. The buildings were old and not well maintained. This is an exterior corridor ONLY hotel; hence, there are NO interior rooms / hallways. The rooms smelled and felt both musty & muggy. There was dust everywhere so I had to wipe all surfaces and the refrigerator was dirty. The microwave & shower were clean. The toilet could be upgraded. The beds were comfy and the air worked great. The room was muggy/ musty and there was dust on all the surfaces (specially by the TV and on top of the refrigerator. The gentleman at the mini mart where we picked up our grab and go didn't seem to pleasant. However, the folks at the check-in area were always pleasant and had a smile.

＋ Short distance from Disney World, and plenty of high quality restaurants within walking distance. Spacious, well-cooled rooms and nice hot showers. Coffee maker and mini fridge. Very clean, impeccable daily housekeeping. Short check-in time, very easy and straightforward.

－ - Bed Sheets were on the thin side, a blanket would have been nice to have

＋ Located very close to Disney which is what I appreciated. About 10 or 15 minutes away from the parks. Good small fridge, good microwave, adequate number of towels and wash clothes for everyone, Bed well made and comfortable I considered everything clean and did not have an icky feeling to it like some budget hotels. Very satisfied.

－ Booking information from the hotel was misleading. Said breakfast was included which I assumed was their restaurant downstairs but was actually a small cheap continental where you grab a bagel and juice from a fridge in their light bite section. I wish they were more honest about what breakfast included.
