－ The breakfast was disgusting. Eggs were like rubber. Sausage wasn't bad but had a hair on it. The waffles tasted bad. And the oranges were all going bad. The bed was super hard and made my back hurt. There were BED BUGS!!! My husband woke up with bites all over him and me with a couple. Although the room appeared to be clean when we first got there. I even looked for bed bugs beforehand but didn't see any, they were definitely there. And when we said something to the worked to talk to the GM, she never said sorry or anything or offered a refund or anything. She just took our info and said she would have the GM call us. We still haven't heard any back and my husband called again and left a message on his phone. We will be contacting corporate. I only gave a 2 because it did "look clean" but like I said there were BED BUGS! I'm only giving a 2 because the lady that first checked us in was super nice and gave us a different room because ours wasn't clean yet. Other than that the staff didn't really talk to us and the worker we tried to complain to about bed bugs was kinda rude and seemed annoyed we were complaining about being bit by bed bugs. She never said sorry or anything just that she would have her GM call us. He never has. The "heated pool" was not heated, it was so cold we could only be in it a little bit.
