＋ Bed was confortable. Staff was very friendly but more often than not never delivered on their agreement.

－ Bed was very comfortable. We valeted for check in and waited an hour for our luggage. After calling to find out where our luggage was, we waited another 20 minutes beforr getting it. The rooms are small, do not have a mini fridge, and no ice. We called and asked for ice 3 times over the course of 8 hours. After asking for a manager 8 hours later, and after 4 requests, we finally received ice. Regardless of price per night this place is lacking. The portion size and quality on in room food is bewildering. This brand at this location was severely lacking in several, repeating ways.
