＋ The hotel in appearance was fine. The oatmeal for breakfast worked well.

－ I was not provided with the option of a kettle to boil water in the winter when this is necessary to maintain warmth, comfort and cleanliness. Not everyone drinks coffee. The coffee machine I tried to use initially was not working so a technician reluctantly replaced it. The central heating badly malfunction and this has me ill up to now especially with a severe sinus infection difficult to resolve. The room which I was initially offered had several garbage skits outside the window comprising the so-called view. When I asked to be moved because staff stated that they could not get the central heating or blower or heater fixed - cold air was coming from the head of my bed while the blower by the window kept changing temperature and blew directly towards the bed preventing viable sleep and rest - the alternate room offered had a man who lay on the carpet in the corridor nearby outside the room and again garbage was part of the view out the window. Can staff also be better trained to upgrade standards? Room 304 needs to be significantly improved. Summary - a very expensive stay that sickened me.
