＋ One block off River Street, historic district easily walkable Hotel was clean, room was clean

－ High prices on valet parking, 45/night, but necessary and convenient given the location and limited options. Breakfast was very high, only bought it once

＋ Very convenient location; not only in the historic district but also super close to the river and all its shops and restaurants and bars. Not very noisy despite how close it was to everything. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we were upgraded to a suite; very clean and comfortable. Slept great! Everything was very clean and orderly, even the halls. The cleaning staff was responsive to our requests and friendly to boot.

－ We weren't happy that our room was ready when we arrived due to a late checkout and were asked to wait a couple of hours for the room. We were very tired due to a long travel day and my husband insisted we be given a room and so were upgraded, which made everything ok. Just would have been nice to not have to ask for something that should have been obvious.
