＋ Very friendly service at check in The area is great by New York standards Transport is Good - quick to down town Easy to get to JFK

－ Noise control was not great - huge gaps in doors and windows were not really soundproof in any way- lower floors were better than upper floors. The room cleaning left my door open….all day…

＋ The staff is awesome,Nice Young and friendly. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast is a good thing to have in Nyc.

－ The position is not bad but to reach Nyc it takes long walk or expensive Uber / taxi.

＋ Extremely convenient, very clean, comfortable bed, great use of space, courteous staff. Bartender was personable and made a great martini. The gift bag and Bigelow soaps were also a great touch.
