－ Needs alittle updating. Everyone was very friendly and courteous especially Rita at the front desk. The room windows were not washed. Not a big deal, but something you would expect especially with a room facing the beach & Gulf. I borrowed the windex & did it myself. I did not call the front desk or manager.

＋ The location was great. Walking down and right out onto the beach was really nice. We stayed in a room (rm 325) with two double beds that overlooked the parking lot, but we were in town for the Spring training baseball games and just wanted a place on the beach for a couple of nights. We didn’t spend much time in the room but to sleep. There was nothing special about the decor, kind of out dated but okay. The room was clean, however, my wife ruined a pair of white socks from the dirty floor. Not sure if they ever shampoo the carpet. There were some cosmetic things about the room that were not right, like the bathtub faucet that wasn’t flush and stuck out from the head about an inch, and the bathroom sliding door that wouldn’t stay shut, but everything else was clean, no mildew smells, shower was hot, and the people at front desk were personable. The parking for $16 a night was annoying but not a deal breaker. The beds were really comfortable and didn’t hear anybody next door. But, this is still pandemic time so I’m sure the rooms weren’t completely full either. I was expecting the worse from all the reviews so I was happy that it was okay. I would stay again.
