－ I did not stay there Zen hotels took my money online and when I arrived at the hotel, they would not take my card. They said it was a prew-paid card IT IS NOT. Zen hotels never use again, refused refund on essential payment. This is clearly a scam and fraud by deception and was reported as such!!!!! zzzzzzz scam / con artist !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

－ The service and the noize coming from the club next door (afternoon to middle of the night...) also we had to wait an extra two hours for our room to be ready (it was at 5 instead of 3pm like it should)

－ Wasn’t clean when we got there we had to clean the hotel are selfs... it was bullshit .
