－ Bad experience at Extended Stay. I was scared to stay in that hotel and left after one night even though I booked and paid for two. My room had no soap, shampoo, or cups and hairdryer was broken. At 10:45 p an ear piercing alarm went off. It turns out one of the residents was cooking something that was smoking and alarm went off. The hotel is a dump with long-term tenants. I wouldn't stay there if I was paid too. Hugely disappointed. I cancelled the second night which was approved by Extended Stay however I have not gotten approval from Expedia for the refund. I hate to paid for even one night, but paying for two is robbery. No cups, soap, shampoo, and broken hair dryer. Old and worn out room.
