＋ they are not Covid compliant. front desk came out of the office with no mask and housekeeping looks like they don't follow cdc guidelines. city should make a surprise visit and they will get fines.
－ lot better places in Geneva than this old dated hotel with no pool or sauna and over prices restaurant. we had dead roach in our room and looked like the dust on the bed sheets was present for weeks. lake front balcony had so many mosquitoes we could not even stand outside.

＋ Good location, very quiet very clean.the food & service was great.
－ We didn't have a lake view, we asked about our room facing the lake and they would upgrade us to a lake view for twice the price. No thanks, we will look at the parking lot.
