＋ The hotel is in a great location. A short walking distance to Disney Springs and eateries nearby.

－ Unfortunately, check in took over an hour because they could not appropriately accommodate a wheelchair guest and 3 other guests, despite our phone calls prior to arriving. The front desk attendant was pleasant but had to go speak to a manager, several times, while checking in. The manager was in an office and never came out to help any guest during check-in. Also, other guests would come to the side counter and our attendant would stop checking us in and assist them. The first room, while wheel chair accessible, only had a king bed and no sofa bed. The second room we were told was a handicap accessible room with 2 double beds, however, it was not. The wheelchair could not fit through the bathroom door. It was an uncomfortable stay for our handicap guest. Despite giving ourselves over 2 hours to check in , grab a bite to eat and dress for an event, the unexpected long check in caused us to miss part of a concert we were attending that evening.
