＋ Excellent location across from Gulfstream Casino & Racetrack, which has dozens of great outdoor restaurants and shops. Within 5 minutes of the Aventura Mall, the region's preeminent indoor mall with every upscale fashion brand, more restaurants, and a movie theater. Very Good for a free breakfast. The waffle maker is always a hit! Large room. Comfortable bed. Cleanest Hamption Inn I've visited. The housekeeping staff is great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

＋ The customer service provide by the people working here is excellent, they always go above and beyond. Larkeh at FD is amazing, very personable and helpful. Cristina and Hilda in F&B are exceptionally nice as well. So are the ladies in HSK, but I can’t remember their names. We’ve been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years as it’s the best customer service in the area, very clean and comfortable rooms.

－ The fact that they cancelled the tea station which used to be available in the afternoon and evening.
