＋ We enjoyed the location and the beautiful resort grounds

－ There was NO customer service in sight! From the check in process which took almost an hour to running out of pool towels for several hours at ALL pools, NO housekeeping and if you wanted housekeeping you had to call 24 hours in advance to reserve housekeeping services! there was no service at what was supposed to be a four-star hotel! The restaurants and cafés also had endless lines with minimal staffing to work these places. this is not acceptable for this type of resort!
