＋ everytihing is very good. We have everything we need and the microwave we can share it's very practice. The hotel is very clean and it have a ot of machines to sanitize. I like so much the hotel. NIce, quite, the service, everithing are very good

－ Air conditioning wasn’t adjustable. Front desk could have been more helpful with concierge service. Pool wasn’t very cold or clean. No bar available in the lobby. No breakfast provided.

＋ Great location - extremely accessible to downtown Naples, restaurants, and beaches. The room was perfect! We had everything we needed and we were extremely satisfied with the quality and luxury of the accommodations. The hotel was immaculate and beautiful. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They helped recommend things to do and see in Naples. The shuttle service to the beach was very convenient and flawless.
