＋ Location was fine for our needs

－ Found wet bath mats in our bathroom, men’s underwear between ottoman and chair, used kleenex in a drawer and more between sheets at bottom of made bed. Are we supposed to believe during Covid disinfecting times that this room was indeed cleaned and sanitized? We reported our concerns and haven’t heard anything back. WHY?
