＋ Close to airport. Good shuttle service including early morning departure and late.night pickup. Friendly and nice shuttle drivers. Restaurant adjacent to hotel. Enjoyed a nice dinner.

－ Problem at check-in. Even with printout out confirmation, they could not find me in their system. Took 2 additional employees to understand problem. Instead of getting me to my room, I had to wait 10 minutes for problem to be resolved. Then I was given a room key but on entering, there was a suitcase already in the room. Had to go back to lobby; another few minutes to resolve. Was not offered a room upgrade or restaurant voucher. Very frustrating experience.
