＋ Room was newly renovated so everything was new. Very comfortable. Friendly staff at the front desk. Location is short walk to French Quarter and streetcars on Canal St. and St. Charles.

－ Parking for guests is $40/day which should be reduced for guests - so take that into account when looking at the room price

－ Charged fees that were not disclosed at anytime until checkout. They called it an amenity charge, which was charged on a daily basis - about $8.50/ day total including taxes. Many things broken in room, like shower curtain rod, desk leg, drawers would not stay closed and more. Complained about amenity fee at checkout, stating it was never told to us, and they said they would remove the fee. However, charged to my credit card 1 day after checkout anyway. So, they lied as well.

＋ I wish I had caught her name but the concierge that checked us in was so friendly! We were there for a concert and she knew the bands music. After the concert I stopped back by the desk just to chat. There’s nothing I love more than personable staff!! The room was clean, beds were so comfy I didn’t move all night! The view from the 9th floor is amazing! This is a safe/secure location that I would not feel anything but comfortable even if I was traveling alone! Only negative was our room safe did not work. No one messed with our room for us to NEED it though. Banana nut pancakes with bananas foster topping….omg I could eat my weight in it!!
