＋ The Miami city tours in the red bus is just opposite the hotel just 2 minutes walk. 2 Indian restaurants are wishing 10 minutes of walking from hotel. Good coty view from The hotel. The boat tours are also available opposite the hotel.

＋ Lobby staff very pleasant and helpful. View from room excellent.
－ Bed sheets were very very wrinkled and lint of some sort on the sheets. Phone dial pad very dirty. Coffee machine in room had dirty water in it.

＋ Located across the street from waterfront with views and perfect for walks. It surrounded by interesting modern architecture including Zaha Hadid building, number of museums, parks, and quaint coffee shops. Metro station near by
－ It needs to be cleaner, tools and public spaces are not well maintained.
