＋ Room was very clean and everything looked new.

－ There were literally a hundred or more children around the age of 12 staying at the hotel last Saturday and barely any adults supervising them. They were running around the entire night and I do mean the entire night. When I complained to the gentleman at the desk, on two separate occasions, he told me there was nothing he could do because there was no security working that night. I told him that in addition to be angry because no one was supervising these children, I feared that the children could be harmed because no adults were around to protect them. He simply didn’t care. I was forced to confront these children myself because there were more than twenty of them screaming in the hallway with no supervision. They continued running down the hallway the entire night banging on every door they passed every half hour or so during the night. I’ll never return to this hotel, of course. I left messages with the hotel manager informing him what happened but never heard back from him. Having worked in the insurance business for many years, I understand the risk they are taking being so lax about their policies. One day it will backfire on them though. I believe in karma.
