＋ Literally on the Hollywood walk of fame. Museums and shops in walking distance. Universal Studios a very short 15 minute drive away. Our room and the hotel in general were clean and in great shape. Responsive staff. The area lost power in the middle if the night, so The hotel security staff escorted us back to our room after we walked our dog.

－ I fell extremely ill with pneumonia, provided ample proof and doctors notes, and the absolutely refused to change my reservation. No partial refund, no credit, not even a date change. Absolutely appalling to spend nearly $700 CAD on a hotel that is not willing to work to accommodate their client.
