＋ Restaurants & bars surrounding the hotel streets, lots of shopping within 10mins walk (Macys, Neiman Marcus, electronics, Victoria's Secret, Westfield, CVS & Wallgreens). All transport (cable cars, trolley cars, buses, Metro) 5mins walk from hotel. Bed very comfortable, room size ok, luxurious bedding, TV in room, table with chairs, wardrobe, fridge, bathroom with Japanese style cleaning toilet, huge shower, lovely toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, body moisturiser. Towels were plentiful & fluffy. Internet was terrible though, kept dropping out or signal was just 1 bar. Couldn't get wifi on laptop at all, just phones. Had to go down to the lobby to use laptop - not good for business. Cleaner was fantastic, thorough & didn't miss anything. Always had bottles of water left for us daily, towels changed whenever requested & bedding was changed on request midway through stay.

－ Internet was terrible, couldn't get wifi on laptop at all so had to use it in the lobby all the time - not private or ideal situation. Mobile phones had wifi drop out regularly or low signal. Staff behave like it's McDonalds, trying to upsell everything. It's a 5 star hotel but behaves like a 3 star hotel with everything costing you extra - even to receive documents or a small light parcel is charged at $8 per item!! I mean it's a 5 star hotel, this should be part of the service not charged extra. When I tried to get an ethernet cable as the wifi wasn't working in my room, I was told there wasn't one available to buy - BUY!! Nobody wants to buy an ethernet cable, it should have been borrowed out to guests instead. The jacuzzi was way too hot & almost gave me third degree burns on my entire body. Told the maintenance guy, he checked the temperature & agreed then spent 10mins adding cold water which still didn't help. It's dangerous, it needs to be monitored & maintained better.
