－ I reserved a 2 bed room; when I arrived, I was provided 1 bed initially until I explained I needed 2 as shown on my reservation. Secondly, their key card readers malfunctioned frequently so going to the front desk on multiple occasions was inconvenient. Thirdly, one of their doors pneumatic feature to close slowly did not function properly, so that resulted in a minor injury on my left bottom heel. Lastly, the shower drain backed up and did not drain. I was told I could shower in another room that had a functional drain, which was very inconvenient since I had to remain in my reserved room.
