＋ Location, service, great stuff, security, cleanliness, roof top, just beautiful hotel! My husband and I love it!

－ Bathroom floors were slippery, would be great if you add Anti Slip Coatings or anti slip rubber mat

＋ Hotel is conveniently located on the Wharf with access to many restaurants, stores, and bars. Room was clean and had many amenities Including a mini kitchen with utensils and glasses, a fridge, a sofa and a large bathroom. Only complaint is the doors can slam which can be disturbing Very clean. I brought wipes to clean just in case but it was clear the room was cleaned thoroughly. Kind and helpful staff. The hotel doesn’t have valet due to COVID which I wish they would have stated online. Also offered a to go breakfast which was just a cereal bar, muffin and fruit cup.
