＋ The breakfast was excellent. Also the restaurant/bar food was great. The room was clean and perfect. The overall cleanliness was great. The shower could have used a little scrubbing but still clean nonetheless. The overall service was great with the exception of us not being able to get into our room. It took almost 30 minutes to get in because our key card reader battery was dead. I went to the front desk 3 times. Finally the front desk clerk came up and tried twice and that didn’t work. So another employee had to come up and recharge the reader and we finally got in. They ended up changing the batter that night. We ended up canceling our reservations because of this but ended up ordering from downstairs.

－ We were there for 5 nights and the pool was closed.
