＋ The hotel has comfortable beds and are quite generous in size. The staff are friendly and are quick to rectify any issues. The hotel has most amenities although the pool is small and not really one you would relax by the position of the hotel so close to waikiki beach makes up for this. The lifts are quick and adequate and it doesn’t have that wait as in the higher rise hotels.

－ We did have a little problem with our room not being cleaned properly but we were quickly reallocated another.

＋ The hotel was walking distance to all the shops, let us have 5 in a family room which is rare in Hawaii. Very clean, lovely staff especially the ladies making up our rooms were so nice. Included breakfast which was a bonus.

－ Just the resort fee at the end which is common in Hawaii but we didn’t realise until checkout.
