－ This is an old basic hotel but in a very lucky location to Mayo. The night desk clerk gave us a key to a room that was one bed not the two bed we paid for, so we had to go back to the front desk to get the proper room key. We saw her jump back into the office over the top of the counter! We did not receive room service the first day, and had to call several times to get towels, etc. The coffee shop on the ground floor adjacent to hotel is quite slow so allow for extra time there, and you probably won't get the coffee you ordered, we didn't. The parking basement is truly scary, unsafe (too narrow for 2 way traffic) and was icey when we visited. So adjust your expectations accordingly.

＋ Love how convenient the hotel is to Mayo Clinic. Park your car and able to walk everywhere. Staff were very courteous, rooms very comfortable and clean.

－ The restaurant wasn't open, due to covid. Would have been nice if we could have done take out from there.

－ The parking ramp was very difficult to get in and out of. Was disappointed that I had to pay for parking even though I was parked in the hotel parking ramp.
