＋ Easy to get to, semi safe neighborhood.

－ Rude staff upon check in & not very helpful. Red substance (can only assume it was blood) on the back of the bedroom door that we had to clean up ourselves as the host after check in was hardly seen except for 1130pm till 2 am when they came home extremely loadly violated there own rule of quiet time 8pm til 10am. Got hollered at for using the driveway which wasnt marked as a rule until after that. No spoons, toilet paper, condiments or spices provided. When I contacted the owner his excuse was people stealing those items so he doesnt provide them anymore but he would talk to the host & at least that issue was corrected. But the tv also didnt work and again nothing was done about that either. However at $23/night through Zenhotels over all I would stay there again despite everything.
