＋ Gym was excellent, the room was comfy, excellent location.

－ WiFi signal was slow and intermittent in the room. The A/C was noisy even on low.

＋ Being right downtown the location was excellent for where I had to go (Canton Street) Since the hotel is a converted office building of historical significance (the Pegasus Building, former Mobil Oil headquarters) the rooms are huge compared to modern facilities. My room had windows on three walls and was at least twice the size of a modern hotel room.

－ A temporary problem is the lack of food service. The restaurant is being renovated. The solution however was a walk up the street to another hotel for breakfast.
