－ We didn’t have housecleaning! Also the room was not provided with shampoo or conditioner, and only one towel. No continental breakfast for the cost either.

＋ Maingate is a great hotel to be centrally located to everything around the Disney Orlando area. And when at the hotel you are walking distance to many restaurants, a Walgreens, Cicis pizza and mini golf, convenience stores etc. Luc and the staff at rhe front desk are very nice and friendly and very helpful. The internet did go down a few times the 5 days I was there and it did inconveniently make my work week a slight problem but they were aware and got it back working.

Two things that really stock out as problems. Why do people there feel the need to put their chairs from inside the room outside in the walk area??? It clusters the walk area and just doesn't look good. The one main problem with the common area is cleanliness. There is so much litter everywhere especially in the walk areas around the pool. The parking lots too have tons if cigarette butts everywhere and the trash cans seem to have more trash around it than in it. I did mention this to the front desk as checking out and he did say that's been brought to their attention. Hoping they find a way to keep these guests from littering so much.
