－ It said on their Info that it came with free parking while you stayed there.. that was a lie. It was around 30 a day. Also it says it came with free breakfast.. It did not!! So I told the manager they need to update their website. She gave me 1 free breakfast. The Hotel could have been cleaner but besides that it was ok.

＋ The St. Charles streetcar stops directly in front of the hotel, so getting around is easy. They offer private parking for $25/night but there's plenty of street parking right next to the hotel for free. The room was clean, the A/C was cold, and the beds were good.

－ On 2 different days, both of our room keys stopped working. The front desk quickly resolved the issue for us, but our room was a decent walk from the front desk, so not convenient. Also, our remote for the TV had no batteries when we checked in. We asked for more batteries and they were never delivered. We asked another time and still, no batteries.

＋ Nothing. It was the worst. I want a refund. They catfished me. The pics online do not show how it actually looks.

－ It is far from the action and surrounded by fast food restaurants. The neighborhood is not very attractive or appealing. I actually did not wait to see the room because the hotel itself was very dirty and dilapidated. It was a hot mess. So dirty. There are stains on the furniture in the reception area. I didn’t want to sit down. The lobby was not clean, nor the walk up. The bathroom was dirty and scary with exposed ceiling and stains on the wall. I was horrified. The staff was ok.

＋ Location was perfect, you can take the street car in front of the hotel and move anywhere. The WWII museum is close and also there are several restaurants in the same avenue
