＋ Perfect location! 5 minutes walk from Union station. staff are very nice! kudos to Ms.sharon the most kindest receptionist. We will definitely book again. Yes Yes

＋ Very nicely decorated room, big bed. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Front desk helpful by confirming reservation and changing guest name.

－ No complementary coffee or water. Room was not large, but still very nice and location and price made up for it. Children in room next door knocked on the door at night disterbing me but this isn't hotels fault.

＋ SUPER friendly and extremely helpful and courteous staff -- EVERYONE from maid and busboy to restaurant and front desk!! Terrific personnel with our valet parking as well. Very pleasant stay. We were upgraded to a luxury suite for some reason, absolutely the nicest stay we will probably ever have!! Beautiful accommodations. We loved the Dubliner restaurant, great food, nice entertainment. Will highly recommend this hotel!
