－ There was a problem with hot water, we only had at night and the elevator didn’t work the last 3 days that we stayed

＋ The location is really awesome: 5-7 minutes by foot to the Times Square, however, the lights from it doesn't bother you at all. You will have 2-3 metro stations nearby, but you can easily walk to most of the landmarks by foot. There are some grocery stores and delis nearby. The room is pretty modern and comfortable, if you travel alone. However, it doesn't have much space & you won't have a good rest if you travel with your partner. The bathroom was clean and nice. The bed was okay, but I would recommend you to take the earplugs and sleep mask with you, cause the window is super close to the bed.
