＋ The location was beautiful and had multiple pools to choose from.

－ The staff for the most part was unhelpful and rude. My sister had towels tossed at her by a worker. The room was disgusting. It was filled with stains and had hand/dirt prints all over the walls and doors. There was also a strong odor in the fridge which veered us away from using it.

＋ The rooftop lounge. Great view.

－ No room service until 5pm. Boxed food at cafes. Nothing was close. Had to walk everywhere. Room was very warm and it was difficult to get places because you had to wait on a shuttle which took forever. Front desk girl was not very friendly when we checked in and she didn't even take the time to review the resort amenities. All she was concerned about was a mask- regardless that we were already vaccinated. I get shes following rules but care about the guest experience not just the mask. I stay there again. There are way to many other great places to stay in the surrounding areas.
