＋ I appreciated the front desk lady who checked me in, excellent customer service and very helpful. She made up for the dusty room and the morning front desk lady’s lack of customer service.

－ The room was a bit dusty especially the table and lamp between the beds, definitely noticeable. We brought a pet and luckily brought our own doggie poop bags to clean up outside after her, the dispenser that was empty and we noticed other pet owners hadn’t cleaned up as we did because of it. The morning front desk lady did not even raise her head to greet guests myself included, I’ve never had that happen. Saying good morning or even just a smile never hurts.
