＋ Hotel great location however everything closed early in the mall (8pm). And it didn’t open until 11am. Checkout was at 12 Major flaw since we booked this to be at the mall. Deceiving info.

－ Room service was some Luke warm fries w salty gravy and cheese lumps also salty. Walleye cakes were pulverized first tasteless. Restaurants in mall were closed at 8 pm. So we felt we had to try room service. Below average for sure

＋ How spacious & modern the room was. Everyone who worked there, was very accommodating and made my stay very special. Beds were very comfortable too. Would highly recommend staying there, even during the pandemic. Everything was very clean plus they're attached to MOA for easy access into the mall.

＋ The hotel has its own enterance to the Mall of America with a ramp so I was able to use my walker on the ramp and didnt have to do stairs. Also, I was able to get a room with a walk-in shower that made it much easier for me to shower. I really like your hotel and will be returning.

－ Nothing disappointed me. I had a wonderful stay.
