＋ Great location to disney springs about 20 min walk, great location to restaurants and grocery store walking distance, great staff checking in and out.

－ Shower pressure was too soft and shower curtain was too small for tub, looked like it would leak if touched and water would get on the floor if hit wrong. Beds were hard on 5th floor and no sleep number on them on that floor, pillows were way to squishy and not firm. Only one elevator out of 2 were working until further notice, No snack machines on 5th floor only drink and ice machines available.
