＋ Very nice bar and excellent bartender!

－ Phone service within hotel terrible. Several times could not reach hotel front desk. How could you report a fire or incident requiring security. Worst of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

＋ Location was near the airport restaurants, stores, etc. The mattresses were very comfortable. For the price I paid, it wasn't too bad I guess.

－ Front desk clerk was not friendly. He never smiled. No pleasantries at all. The room was dated. Mattress was comfy but blankets were thin and dingy. TV on the wall was very small. No microwave.

＋ Polite staff. Told them about noise from 5th floor from the previous night. She told me that I could have called that night and that she would have called the police and that the police have been there almost every night for the past week.

－ Ordered a pizza and empanadas from the hotel. Empanadas made us sick and pizza was cardboard-like. Service was very nice though.
