＋ Breakfast was included. Great variety of options for whole family. Reception staff were helpful. Bell service were efficient and polite. Location was good, walking distance to everything midtown up to approx the Met. Subway close by for everything we did further out.

－ Curtains didn’t block out any light from the area. Room was bright all night. Road noise/honking/music etc was easily heard through closed windows. I know city life etc but a little soundproofing or blackout blinds would have been appreciated.

＋ Times Square excellent for theater goers Showers are confusing to use. Lighting interferes with sleepers du to glass walls. Excellent Superb

－ No bell hop..hard to get a taxi
