＋ The porters and staff by the pool were helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and had a balcony.

－ Most of the staff is rude and miserable. The pool is crowded and turns into a trashy Vegas pool party with children in the afternoon. The beach is nice, but it is basically a public beach with a small "private" area for the hotel.
