＋ Its very close to a Fun Spot Park, reason why I booked in the 1st place because I was with my son, my ides was to go to event I had that night, spend the night at the hotel, and next morning walk over to the Fun Spot with my son, but it was just an inconvenience and wanted of time and money to choose this hotel

－ Room No.703 was horrible. The room smelled bad, the bed sheet had some stains on it, the carpet in the room next to the bathroom's wall was soaking wet, it was draining water from the wall, it was just horrible. I called the front desk, which BTW customer Service not the best either, and I was basically told I had no other choice because they were fully booked and had no more rooms, then left me on hold and eventually hang up on me. I preceeded to pack everything up back in the car, it was after midnight and I was by myself with my 8yo son who was deep asleep, headed to the front desk to check out and ask for a refund and then they told me they did have another room, but after the whole ordeal I was upset and I just didn't want to stay there no more (over a week later I'm still waiting for my refund and I was just staying for 1 night) I proceeded with the check out. Unfortunately, since it was a busy weekend and after midnight, I couldn't find another room anywhere. I ended up sleeping and spending the night in my car with my son in a parking lot. Overall, just the worse experience please save yourself a bad experience and the hassle don't ever never book a room in this hotel because it sucks and it's just a slum, NO BUENO!!!!! Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures, I was so upset it did not cross my mind to take pictures. Word of advise always take pictures. The carpet in the room next to the bathroom's wall was soaking wet it was draining water, room smelled pretty bad and bed sheet had stains on it, the room looked like a slum just bad. They gave me a room with a carpet that was soaking wet from water running from the wall. I called to complain they just ignored my request to get another room, left me on the phone and hang up on me, they expected me to stay in that room because apparently were fully booked, but when I went to the front desk to ask for a refund then suddenly they do have rooms. Customer Service here sucks!
