－ Staff is not welcoming and are afraid to be engaged by guests. The naked crab restaurant at the hotel has different prices online vs the printed menu. The manager would not honor the online prices, which were a mere $20 dollars less for my family of 4, and decided to be stubborn with his business decision. We got up and left and will never stay here again or tell friends and family about B Ocean...I hope the $20 he saved B Ocean will be worth it as I spent well over $1,200 for a 3 day stay...not good customer service. Lastly, this hotel is well worn and aging.

＋ close enough to the local restaurants and bars but far enough. Easy in and out to head to the highway heading towards the miami area

＋ The room cleaners did awesome! They worked hard made sure we had enough towels and always cleaned our room right away! Location was awesome for the beach!

－ Paying for extra chairs everyday by the beach since there where 4 of us they only let us have two chairs at the beach and we had to pay everyday for the additional chairs. Also charging for umbrellas was a bit ridiculous. Although out of the hotel last control the smell of weed was overpowering on our floor in would leave our room smelling.
