＋ It was walking distance to the shops and bars we wanted to go to. It was also a quick/cheap ride to the concert we went to at Chase Center.
－ It is LOUD at night. The streets below are loud from people yelling (and doing who knows what else). Should have known something was up when we walked into the room and saw a couple packages of ear plugs on the bedside table.

＋ Nice hotel. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Although there was no AC, there was a floor fan that was useful in cooling down the room as well as drowning out outside noise. The size of my room and bathroom was better than expected.
－ It took a little while to get the TV working. Though there were some homeless people in the area, it wasn't as bad as a couple blocks over. Also, while taking a shower the water was not hot enough.
