＋ Beautiful views The restaurants were only open for one night, and we could't get in that night. They were then open for takeout only. However, takeout and room service were on par with great quality. Beautiful and clean

－ There were a few front desk staff that were quite rude, in addition to servers at Bourbon Steakhouse, when I had ordered food to go, and/or tried to get a reservation. I was actually appalled that the security actually helped me with a situation, though a front desk person hung up on me, mid sentence.
