＋ The location was good. Room was comfortable. We did really enjoy the workout facility.
－ I did a search for hotels with pools and this hotel was listed. My son was very disappointed and I would not have booked it if I knew there was not a pool.

＋ Right in the heart of downtown on the Chicago River with great skyline views. In walking distance of many city attractions. Friendly and helpful. No maid service unless you ask for it.
－ Lack and cost of Parking. Maid service did not happen. Must have to request it other than putting sign on door. Had to call to get more towels.

＋ I had an ideal stay! The location, service, and quality of the room were exceptional! My room faced Lake Michigan and the Chicafo River, so the view was a big part of the appeal of the room. The bedding was top notch and I slept deeply. The bathroom included a soaking tub and shower; both were well cleaned - a big plus in the midst of a pandemic. The room service was prompt. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Swissotel goes above and beyond to ensure a rejuvenating experience! I had the feta egg English muffin. The food was flavorful!
－ The *only* suggestion I have is more bath products for multiple guests.

＋ The Suisse Hotel Chicago is centrally located to any location that most tourists would desire including Michigan Avenue, Navy Pier, and State Street (in the loop). It is located right next to the Chicago River, which provides great views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago River. Remote control for television was wrapped in sealed plastic, and the linens were crisp and clean. All horizontal surfaces were clean and the room had a "fresh" smell to it.
