＋ Well located. The room was nice, tidy, and spacious, with nice views. Had everything that we needed. Everything about the hotel was clean and well kept. Service was phenomenal! This trip was a mixture of business and pleasure. When they found out that I was celebrating my anniversary early and that my partner would be arriving later on that day- minutes after me settling in to my room, I was gifted a basket of chocolates and cider (since I don't consume alcohol). All of the the staff members that I encountered were personable and delightful. They made the stay that much more special. They were more than willing to have conversations, answer questions, give advice and suggestions. They greeted me every time with genuine happiness. And now this is the only hotel I want to stay in when I come to San Francisco. Friendly staff is not always common.

＋ Safe environment and walking distance to many landmark around city. Didn’t have any meal from hotel service but complementary coffee bar was great

＋ Yes. Union Square. Cable cars nearby. Bed comfortably. Clean. Bathroom excellent. We had to ask for extra dishes (room had only set for two but room was booked for 4 people) Very clean

－ Wi-Fi terrible. Also sauna didn't work for me - to ask for service I had to go to public area so I didn't as I was in bathing suit.
